T&T Consultant/Senior Consultant - ETP As A Service/Operate (Oracle Procurement) - SEA

This role involves providing Level 2 and 3 Application Managed Services (AMS) support for Oracle Procurement. The consultant will troubleshoot medium to complex production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and deliver permanent fixes. Additionally, the position requires leading solution design for enhancements, maintaining documentation, and participating in Continuous Improvement initiatives. The role also includes supporting project teams in delivering solutions and contributing to business development efforts.

Provide 2nd or 3rd level AMS support for escalated production incidents

Perform in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis

Lead discussions on high-level solution design for enhancements

Maintain documentation according to firm standards

Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives

Support project teams in delivering solution applications

Contribute to business development efforts

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines

At least 4-8 years of experience with Oracle Cloud as a support team member

Experience with Oracle SCM/Procurement and Oracle Fusion Cloud

Good knowledge of integration to related modules/sub-modules

Experience in delivering solutions on cloud or on-premise platforms

Experience working on traditional waterfall and/or Agile delivery approaches

Good command of English

Ability to lead discussions and engage stakeholders
