Medical Device Sales Executive

This role involves developing and executing sales strategies for medical devices and healthcare supplies. The position requires building relationships with hospital executives and key stakeholders, managing the end-to-end sales process, and supporting distributors in tender processes. The candidate must achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while preparing performance reports and forecasts.

Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned territories and customer segments

Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with hospital executives, doctors, nurses, and key decision-makers

Manage and expand existing customer base while identifying new business opportunities

Handle end-to-end sales process including quotation preparation, negotiation, order management, delivery coordination, installation follow-up, and after-sales service

Actively support distributors and partners in procurement and government tender processes

Bachelor's Degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, or related fields

1–3 years of experience in medical device or healthcare product sales

Strong knowledge of hospital sales processes, medical equipment, and tender procedures

Good command of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)

Strong presentation, negotiation, and persuasive skills

Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently under pressure

Good command of English in verbal and written
