The SEO Associate Director is responsible for creating SEO proposals and statements of work, managing client relationships, and overseeing the delivery of SEO projects. The role involves developing owned media strategies, conducting audits, and ensuring content marketing aligns with KPIs. The position requires line-management of a team, coaching staff, and collaborating with cross-functional partners. The candidate must possess deep familiarity with technical SEO, keyword research, and web analytics, as well as experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Ensure high level of service are delivered from all SEO projects team member working on.

Ensuring all projects are delivered to a professional standard and in line with the agreed timings.

Supporting the development of the optimal owned media strategy and owned media activation for clients based on their budgets, target audience and KPIs.

Provide project planning timeframe and response to client briefs.

Line-management of all individuals within team including making sure timesheets are complete, signing off holiday, illness and conducting appraisals and objective setting.

Have a habit to catch up SEO industry trends, movement and ecosystem changes which may related to SEO campaign performance.

Must be keen in learning other search engine mechanics such as, Youtube Search, Ecommerce Search and internal website search algorithm.

Have abilities to use and utilize SEO tools including Google Search Consoles, Google Webmaster tool, Google keyword planner, Ahrefs, DeepCrawl, MOZ, SerpBoo Etc.

Deep familiarity with the core strategies used for SEO, in particular technical optimization, as well as keyword research, content, linking, digital asset optimization etc.

Web analytics experience is essential. Advanced configuration and analysis experience/certifications are desirable.
