Workforce Commercial Strategy (SPX Express) - ช้อปปี้

SPX Express (Shopee) is hiring a commercially minded professional in Bangkok to own workforce commercial activities within Strategic Workforce Planning. The role manages pricing, commercial negotiations, contracts, and commercial mechanisms to ensure competitive workforce cost while supporting operational requirements, working with Vendor Management, Operations, Legal, and external vendors.

Key duties include developing pricing structures and cost-optimization initiatives, leading vendor negotiations on rate changes and renewals, managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle with Legal, designing commercial mechanisms such as incentives and penalties, evaluating financial impacts of proposals, and building strategic vendor relationships.

Develop pricing structures, monitor workforce costs, and drive cost-optimization initiatives

Lead commercial negotiations on rate changes, renewals, and new terms; evaluate vendor proposals

Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle with accurate documentation of rates and terms, collaborating with Legal

Design and implement commercial mechanisms such as incentives and penalties to align vendor performance

Evaluate financial impact of proposals and provide data-driven recommendations

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields

3–5 years of experience in commercial, procurement, vendor management, or business analysis

Strong analytical and commercial acumen; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets

Confident in leading negotiations with a solid grasp of commercial terms

Excellent communication and stakeholder management; strong ownership and attention to detail
