Technical Specialist (Regional - APAC) - Thai Union

The Technical Specialist provides Level 2 technical support and operational maintenance for hardware, infrastructure, and end-user computing environments. The role ensures the availability, stability, and security of IT infrastructure and workplace services across the organization. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, and network incidents, supporting workplace technologies like endpoints and printers, and coordinating escalations with global teams. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields and 3-5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Hardware Support, or IT Operations.

Provide Level 2 technical support for business-critical applications and infrastructure.

Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to hardware, software, network, servers, manufacturing systems, and workplace devices.

Coordinate escalations with global Product Teams, Service Management, and Foundation teams when required.

Ensure local systems' availability and operational stability.

Maintain and support workplace technologies including endpoints, printers, meeting room solutions, and mobile devices.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Hardware Support, End User Computing, or IT Operations.

Experience supporting enterprise hardware and infrastructure environments.

Experience working with network, server, storage, and workplace technology support.

Experience in manufacturing or multinational environments is an advantage.
