Project Engineer (Technical Specialist) - SCG Distribution

The Project Engineer (Technical Specialist) is based at SCG Distribution Co., Ltd. within the SCG Cement-Building Materials business, with a job function in Civil Engineering. The role involves coordinating with customer construction sites to support the use of SCG building materials, monitoring site data through the Site Insight application, tracking material usage, resolving on-site issues, and preparing project information and executive summaries for management.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and have at least 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or construction within the building materials industry. They should be able to read construction drawings, use MS PowerPoint effectively, and be willing to travel to provincial sites, especially in the Eastern and Central regions, approximately 2–3 days per week.

Coordinate with customer construction sites to support the use of SCG building materials

Monitor and track construction site data through the Site Insight application as required

Track the usage of SCG building materials in assigned and related areas

Coordinate and resolve issues related to the use of SCG building materials at construction sites

Build and maintain relationships with construction site personnel and stakeholders

Collect and prepare project construction data for presentation to management and related units

Attend Project Management meetings, present site progress, and prepare executive summaries for management

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

At least 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or construction in the building materials industry

Ability to read construction drawings and understand construction plans

Basic knowledge of construction work, construction techniques, and civil engineering

Proficient in MS PowerPoint for creating and presenting data

Good personality, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Service-minded, enthusiastic, flexible, and able to work under pressure

Willing to work overtime or off-site occasionally

Valid driving license and able to drive a car

Able to travel to provincial sites, especially the Eastern and Central regions, about 2–3 days per week
