JLL is seeking an Architectural Technical Lead to provide technical leadership, design oversight, and engineering support for architectural solutions in complex infrastructure fit-out, newbuild, and mission-critical projects, preferably data centers. The position is based on-site in Bangkok, although the description also refers to a regional role based in Singapore and requires candidates to be eligible to work in Singapore.
The role involves reviewing architectural designs and documentation, serving as the primary client representative for architectural matters, monitoring design and construction progress, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and supporting compliance with codes and regulatory requirements. Candidates need a relevant degree, at least 15 years of relevant experience, architectural or equivalent professional accreditation, expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM360, and Autodesk Construction Cloud, and experience coordinating complex engineering and construction projects.
Review architectural designs, drawings, specifications, development plans, technical submissions, and design packages.
Serve as the primary client representative for architectural engineering matters.
Monitor design and construction progress and identify coordination, design, and construction risks.
Lead multidisciplinary coordination and support technical reviews, constructability, design optimization, and value engineering.
Maintain project documentation, track design changes and decisions, and escalate issues affecting scope, cost, quality, or schedule.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Building Design, or a related field.
Professional Architect registration, Chartered status, or equivalent accreditation preferred.
At least 15 years of relevant experience in architectural design, design management, and project delivery.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and related digital collaboration platforms.
Full fluency in English and no restrictions to work in Singapore.
Familiarity with mission-critical facilities, data centers, or large-scale infrastructure projects is highly desirable. Professional Architect registration, Chartered status, or equivalent professional accreditation is preferred.
