Clinical Specialist, APV

The Clinical Specialist, APV role conducts on-site education and consulting, supports field personnel serving Medtronic customers, and serves as a technical resource for a specific medical product or solution. The specialist partners with sales colleagues on sales plans, participates in conventions and forums, supports customer cases, and identifies growth opportunities with sales and clinical support teams.

The position requires a bachelor's degree with at least two years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with no required experience. In the APAC region, the alternatives are a high school diploma with at least six years of relevant experience or an associate diploma with at least four years of relevant experience. The role involves independent work on moderately complex assignments, stakeholder collaboration, and possible mentoring or direction of lower-level professionals.

• Conduct on-site education and/or consulting
• Support field personnel in delivering outcomes and service for Medtronic customers
• Partner with sales colleagues to develop and execute sales plans
• Participate in conventions, forums, and meetings to increase product awareness
• Provide customer case and sales support, and identify growth opportunities with Sales and Clinical Support

• Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience
• In the APAC region, high school diploma with at least 6 years of relevant experience, or associate diploma with at least 4 years of relevant experience
• Practical knowledge and demonstrated competence within the job area, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience
