Robotic Startup Specialist

Medtronic is hiring a Robotic Startup Specialist (Hugo Robotics) based in Bangkok, Thailand, on a full-time basis. The role serves as the account owner during the startup period and integration of the robotic surgery product, developing infrastructure to educate and train healthcare professionals, building inventory plans and procedure kits, supporting field personnel, and identifying growth opportunities with the Sales and Clinical Support Team.

The position is a seasoned individual contributor who works independently, may coach lower-level specialists, and manages projects or processes. Candidates need a Baccalaureate degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 2 years of experience, combining advanced knowledge of the discipline with practical project management capability.

Serve as the account owner during the startup period and integration of the robotic product

Develop infrastructure to prepare and assist with education and training of healthcare professionals

Develop an inventory plan and kits for robotic procedures and support program governance

Support field personnel in providing the best possible outcomes and service for Medtronic customers

Identify and facilitate execution on growth opportunities with the Sales and Clinical Support Team

Baccalaureate degree (or equivalent satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A)) with minimum 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Advanced knowledge combining breadth and depth in the job area

Practical knowledge of project management

Ability to work independently under limited supervision

May provide guidance, coaching and training to other employees within the job area
