Sales Representative I

Medtronic is hiring a Sales Representative I based in Bangkok, Thailand on a full-time basis. The role promotes and sells Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area or specific customer accounts, develops long-term relationships with distributors and healthcare professionals, pursues leads, conducts market research, and implements market development plans. It is an entry-level sales professional position that works under close supervision on smaller, less complex accounts, selling lower-complexity products and expanding existing accounts.

Candidates need a High School Diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience, an Associate's Degree with 2+ years, or a Bachelor's Degree. Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences is required. The role involves external customer communication, basic negotiation, and presentations to close sales.

Promotes and sells Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets

Develops, builds, and strengthens long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals

Pursues leads, assesses needs, and provides product services to maximize benefits from Medtronic's products and/or services

Conducts market research including customers and competitors activities and implements market development plans/strategies

Communicates customer feedback on new products or modifications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing

High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 4+ years of relevant experience, OR Associate's Degree AND 2+ years of relevant experience, OR Bachelor's Degree

Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences

Entry-level sales professional with ability to work under close supervision

Basic negotiation and presentation skills to close sales

Ability to maintain and develop customer relationships on smaller, less complex accounts
