T&T Consultant - Technology Strategy & Transformation - TH - Deloitte

This role involves providing end-to-end advisory and overlaying industry insights to formulate technology-enabled solutions for clients. Responsibilities include managing assessment and business requirements gathering, reviewing functional specifications, supporting prototyping and architecture redesign, and engaging clients in workshops. The position requires developing trusted client relationships, ensuring quality assurance, and coaching project teams to maintain operational excellence. The consultant will meet clients regularly to define problem statements and develop responses to enquiries.

Provide end-to-end advisory and overlay point-of-views and industry insights onto research and analyses

Manage assessment and business requirements gathering processes

Review appropriateness of functional specifications against problem statements

Support solutions prototyping and architecture re-design

Engage clients in discussions, presentations, and workshops to validate solutions

Develop trusted relationships with clients and gain marketplace recognition

Provide quality assurance and ensure timely delivery of work products

Actively coach project teams during execution

Meet clients regularly to define problem statements and analyse key priorities

Good honors Degree, preferably at postgraduate level, in IT, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines

Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT management consulting and IT Implementation

Involved in overall SDLC including requirement gathering, design, test, deploy/release, data migration, and project management

Experience related to Cloud Implementation using AWS, GCP, Azure

Strong analytical skills and excellent oral and written communication skills in English

Proven demonstration of sound business acumen, teamwork, and leadership qualities

Appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel

Cloud Certified Architect (AWS, GCP, Azure)
