Senior Specialist, Supply Operations - Agoda

This role involves building and optimizing backend office tools for the Supply team to handle operational work. The specialist will identify and resolve operational issues, turning recurring problems into lasting process or tool fixes. The position requires optimizing workflows and collaboration with cross-functional departments to improve work movement between teams and markets. The role also entails designing and developing reporting, lists, and workflows for internal use using tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, SQL, and Python. Additionally, the specialist will drive end-to-end project initiatives from initial idea through final launch, taking ownership of outcomes and timelines.

Build, support, and optimize backend office tools for the Supply team

Identify and resolve operational issues, turning recurring ones into lasting process or tool fixes

Optimize workflows and collaboration with Supply, Operation, Support teams, and other cross functional departments

Design and develop reporting, lists, and workflows for internal use (Power Apps, Power Automate, SQL, Python)

Share and seek out best practices and knowledge

Drive end-to-end project initiatives from initial idea through final launch

Excellent problem solving and prioritization skills

Strong numerical and analytical skills; comfortable with hotel, booking, payment, and performance data

Ability to communicate technical concepts and operational requirements clearly with multiple and varied stakeholders

Adaptable to new technologies and a quick learner (low-code and code)

Professional "get it done" attitude and work ethic, highly disciplined work habits

Strong attention to detail, especially on mapping workflow routing, status, and edge cases

Experience using SQL

Hands-on Power Apps and Power Automate

Python for data cleaning, automation, and report generation

Understanding of APIs or data integration
