Payment & Insurance Associate

You will play a pivotal role in understanding and serving the financial needs of our partners and users by delivering best-in-class payment and insurance products through our digital platform. Working closely with local and regional internal stakeholders, you will bring innovative financial products to market while ensuring full compliance with applicable guidelines and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will monitor regulatory changes and industry trends to proactively identify impacts on current and future product offerings.

You will drive commercial growth by collaborating with banking and business partners to identify opportunities, utilizing strategic negotiations and compelling commercial proposals to drive mutually beneficial outcomes. You will also optimize payment solutions by analyzing payment flows, transaction data, and partner performance metrics to identify new growth opportunities and manage end-to-end insurance processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields
• 1–3 years of working experience in financial products, insurance, or related financial services
• Strong analytical skills with comfort working with numbers and interpreting data sets
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a creative approach to overcoming operational challenges
• Knowledge of payment systems, fintech products, or insurance industry practices
• Proficiency with AI tools, Google Suite, and productivity software
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Thai
