Senior Consultant - Technology Strategy & Transformation

This role involves providing end-to-end advisory services and overlaying industry insights onto research and analyses to formulate innovative technology-enabled solutions. You will manage assessment and business requirements gathering processes, review functional specifications, and support solutions prototyping and architecture redesign. The position requires engaging with clients through discussions, presentations, and workshops to validate technology solutions and perform work product walkthroughs. You will also develop trusted client relationships, ensure quality assurance and timely delivery, and actively coach project teams to maintain operational excellence. Additionally, you will meet clients regularly to define problem statements, analyze key priorities, and develop responses to client enquiries.

• Provide end-to-end advisory and overlay industry insights onto research and analyses to formulate innovative technology-enabled solutions.
• Manage assessment and business requirements gathering processes, reviewing functional specifications against problem statements.
• Support solutions prototyping and architecture redesign by applying industry insights and know-how.
• Engage clients in discussions, presentations, and workshops to validate technology-enabled solutions.
• Perform walkthroughs of work products and deliverables with clients.
• Develop trusted relationships with clients and gain recognition for technical and advisory capabilities.
• Provide quality assurance and ensure timely delivery of work products.
• Actively coach project teams during project execution and support senior team members.
• Meet clients regularly to define problem statements, analyze key priorities, and develop responses to client enquiries.

• Hold a good honors Degree, preferably at postgraduate level, in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
• Possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in IT management consulting and IT Implementation.
• Have experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement gathering, design, testing, deployment/release, and data migration.
• Demonstrate experience in Cloud Implementation, including Cloud Business Case, Cloud Design, Cloud Architecture, and Cloud Operating Mode.
• Exhibit strong analytical skills and excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Be self-motivated and capable of working in stressful situations with changing priorities.
• Prove sound business acumen, teamwork, and leadership qualities.
