Device Trade Marketing Specialist

Drive device base management and business sustainability by initiating strategic initiatives. Lead the development of new projects to capture market opportunities and manage device promotional activities designed to acquire new subscribers and retain existing customers. Collaborate closely with business and channel management teams to execute end-to-end commercial plans and ensure operational excellence across the customer journey.

• Develop end-to-end commercial plans by collaborating with business and channel management teams
• Align monthly business plans from top-down business directives and bottom-up channel insights
• Execute channel plans and identify risks that could impact target achievement, developing mitigation strategies with stakeholders
• Lead device marketing and promotional activities to drive sales across all channels using data-driven insights
• Manage new business projects to incentivize existing customers to purchase devices from True
• Ensure the end-to-end customer journey and shop operations function properly by working with business units and channel partners

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or Finance
• At least 5 years of experience in the Telco or Banking industry
• Excellent communication skills to successfully lead projects to completion
• Strong negotiating skills to align involved parties toward goals
• Ability to guide and motivate teams to deliver positive outcomes
