Financial Partnerships Manager

This role focuses on driving growth through strategic partnerships with financial institutions and payment providers. You will identify and execute business opportunities that align with Sea Group's objectives, managing the full lifecycle of collaboration from initial outreach to project delivery. The position requires strong analytical skills to evaluate feasibility and revenue models, alongside the ability to negotiate pricing and secure marketing budgets. You will act as the primary point of contact for key partners, ensuring service stability and resolving operational issues during critical launch periods.

You will lead the project management office for infrastructure-related features, preparing necessary legal documentation such as contracts and NDAs. The role involves close coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet regulatory reporting requirements. Success in this position depends on building lasting relationships with banks and non-bank partners, as well as proactively managing performance updates and service coverage.

• Identify and initiate business opportunities with over 30 partners to drive growth for Sea Group companies
• Conduct feasibility models and cost/revenue analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Lead the project management office for bank and wallet infrastructure-related features
• Negotiate pricing and marketing budgets with partners to achieve cost optimization
• Prepare and manage legal documentation including contracts, NDAs, and MOUs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and non-bank partners
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to prepare data for regulatory reports
• Manage D-Day service details and capacity to ensure operational stability

• At least 1 year of experience in a Business Development role or coordinating role with external clients
• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, commerce, marketing, or a related field
• Proficient in Thai and English with strong communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to think systematically and analyze business opportunities
• Familiarity with financial services industry landscape
