SAP PM/EAM Team Lead - แอคเซนเจอร์

You will lead a team of SAP professionals to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients. Your role involves managing project lifecycles, ensuring technical excellence, and mentoring team members. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and drive successful project outcomes.

This position requires a strong background in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). You will be responsible for designing and implementing robust solutions that optimize asset performance and maintenance processes. The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering value.

• Lead and mentor a team of SAP consultants to ensure high-quality delivery
• Manage the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to implementation
• Design and configure SAP PM/EAM solutions to meet client business needs
• Conduct technical analysis and provide expert guidance on complex issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and quality standards

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in SAP PM/EAM implementation and support
• Strong knowledge of SAP PM and EAM modules and their integration
• Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• SAP certification in PM/EAM is highly preferred

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP S/4HANA Cloud
• Knowledge of asset management and maintenance strategies
• Experience in the consulting or professional services industry
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
