This role focuses on providing expert-level assistance for the installation, operation, and maintenance of specific computer software applications. You will handle user inquiries and technical issues with minimal supervision, ensuring smooth application performance. The position involves coordinating with the development team to resolve complex problems and implementing necessary fixes. You will also maintain detailed documentation of all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions to support continuous improvement.

You will be responsible for escalating issues that fall outside standard procedures to the appropriate application team or supervisor. Collaboration is key as you work closely with developers to address critical system problems. • Provide expert assistance for the installation, operation, and maintenance of specific computer software applications
