Senior System Analyst - KBank

This role focuses on gathering and analyzing business requirements to drive successful project delivery within the banking sector. You will be responsible for documenting detailed business requirements and conducting gap analyses to identify discrepancies between current systems and business needs. The position involves close collaboration with delivery and project managers to ensure project plans are accurate and that all business deliverables are completed on schedule. You will also work directly with technical teams to oversee the design, testing, and deployment phases of projects, ensuring high-quality results with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will support the organization by bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical implementation teams. You will play a key role in the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering to final system deployment. This position requires a high level of autonomy and the ability to produce professional deliverables without constant oversight. You will contribute to maintaining the organization's high standards by ensuring all technical solutions align with business objectives.

• Gather detailed business requirements from users and stakeholders
• Prepare comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD) according to delivery guidelines
• Perform gap analysis on various functional banking domains to identify system deficiencies
• Assist Delivery Managers and Project Managers in project planning and scheduling
• Ensure business requirement deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards
• Collaborate with technical teams to design system solutions, conduct testing, and oversee deployment
• Deliver project components independently without requiring constant supervision

• Strong experience in gathering and documenting business requirements
• Proficiency in conducting gap analysis for banking or financial systems
• Solid understanding of project planning and delivery management principles
• Excellent communication skills to interact with both business users and technical teams
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision
• Experience in the banking or financial services domain is highly preferred
• Must pass a criminal record check prior to employment consideration

• Experience with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies
• Knowledge of specific banking modules or core banking systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to mentor junior analysts or team members
