HR Specialist - Compensation & Benefits and Data Analytics - KBank

Join KBTG, the technology arm of KBank, to drive data-driven HR initiatives that enhance workforce planning and talent development. You will be responsible for maintaining and validating employee data, analyzing HR metrics to generate actionable business insights, and supporting compensation & benefits processes. This role involves translating business requirements into technical specifications, monitoring data quality, and supporting HR system enhancements and user training. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve data issues and identify opportunities to optimize HR processes and data management strategies.

As an HR Specialist focusing on C&B and Data Analytics, you will play a key role in supporting salary reviews, benchmarking, and reporting. You will also contribute to the successful rollout of HR systems and ensure smooth user adoption through training and UAT support. • Maintain and validate employee skills, HR, and compensation & benefits data
• Analyze HR data and prepare reports and dashboards to provide business insights
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for HR systems
• Monitor data quality and coordinate with internal teams to resolve data issues
• Support compensation & benefits processes, including salary review, benchmarking, and reporting
• Support HR system enhancements, UAT, system rollout, and user training
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and data management

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in HR data management and analytics
• At least 4 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR Operations
• Experience with HRIS (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors), UAT, and system implementation
• Proficient in Excel; Power BI is a plus
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in English; Thai language proficiency is advantageous

• Advanced knowledge of Power BI for complex data visualization
• Experience with other HRIS platforms beyond SAP SuccessFactors
• Strong project management skills for system implementation projects
