This role serves as the strategic lead for enterprise-wide AI initiatives, bridging the gap between business objectives and technical execution. The successful candidate will drive the development and implementation of a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with corporate goals and regulatory requirements. They will coordinate across business units to ensure consistent application of AI technologies and methodologies. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred
• Minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience in strategy, technology, or commercial leadership roles
• Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation programs and coordinating across multiple business units
• Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on strategic thinking and innovation
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to influence diverse audiences
• Deep understanding of AI strategy and the mechanisms of business value creation
• Ability to make sound decisions and solve complex problems under pressure

• Certifications in AI/ML strategy or related fields
