Supply Chain & Network Operations Manager - Deloitte

Deloitte is seeking a Manager to lead digital transformation projects for supply chain management in Southeast Asia. This role involves working with Japanese clients to optimize their supply chains across diverse markets, including Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines. You will lead mixed teams of local and Japanese staff to deliver end-to-end solutions ranging from strategic planning to on-the-ground implementation. The position requires a comprehensive understanding of supply chain functions, including demand planning, procurement, logistics, and manufacturing, with a focus on digitalization and operational restructuring.

As a Manager, you will be responsible for securing new business opportunities through proposal activities and managing the full project lifecycle. You will act as a strategic advisor to senior executives, discussing broader business issues while leveraging supply chain expertise as a foundation. The role offers significant opportunities for rapid professional growth compared to other regions, supported by Deloitte's dedicated SCM department which has achieved nearly 10-fold growth over the past five years.

• Lead and manage projects involving digital transformation of supply chain operations
• Develop and implement Digital Supply Chain strategies for clients
• Support the launch and operation of planning systems, including demand-supply and AI forecasting
• Analyze and design supply and sales networks, including site selection for new factories and distribution centers
• Develop sales and logistics strategies for route-to-market networks
• Assist in organizational restructuring and shared services development for RHQs
• Lead mixed teams of local and Japanese staff to ensure successful project delivery
• Contribute to securing new projects through proposal activities and business development

• Proven consulting experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM)
• Track record of contributing to securing projects through proposal activities
• Experience leading projects and managing cross-functional teams
• Experience executing global projects in mixed teams with local staff
• Native-level proficiency in Japanese with business-level English skills, or native-level English with business-level Japanese
• Consulting experience specifically related to Southeast Asia

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence senior executives
• Deep understanding of regional supply chain dynamics across Southeast Asia
• Experience with organizational restructuring and shared services
• Ability to discuss broader business issues beyond technical SCM topics
