T&T Manager - Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions - Deloitte

This role focuses on supporting Japanese companies expanding their operations and digital presence in Southeast Asia. You will lead mixed teams of local and Japanese consultants to drive business strategy, market entry, and digital transformation initiatives. The position requires managing complex projects involving M&A, alliances, and operational improvements while leveraging IoT and AI technologies. You will act as a strategic leader, helping clients navigate the competitive landscape and achieve sustainable growth through purpose-led business practices.

• Lead and manage diverse teams of local and Japanese consultants to deliver high-quality consulting projects
• Develop business and market entry strategies for clients expanding into Southeast Asia
• Drive digital transformation initiatives, including operational efficiency improvements and data management optimization
• Lead proposal activities and contribute to securing new client projects
• Facilitate M&A, strategic alliances, and startup partnerships
• Implement and integrate systems such as SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft solutions
• Apply IoT and AI technologies to enhance manufacturing processes and value creation

• Minimum 5 years of practical experience at a top-tier consulting firm
• Deep expertise in Strategy, Marketing/Digital Transformation (DX), or Technology
• Native level proficiency in Japanese and business level proficiency in English, OR native level proficiency in English and business level proficiency in Japanese
• Strong interest in industries such as Energy, Materials, or Industrial Machinery
• Proven track record of contributing to project acquisition through proposal activities
• Demonstrated experience leading complex projects and cross-functional teams
• Previous consulting experience related to Southeast Asia markets

• Experience in green and sustainability consulting
• Knowledge of decarbonization and SDG initiatives
• Strong network in the Southeast Asian business community
