Head of Corporate Finance - Investment - Central Pattana

This role involves leading the corporate finance function for investment activities within the organization. You will be responsible for overseeing financial strategy, investment planning, and capital allocation to drive sustainable growth. The position requires close collaboration with senior management to ensure financial objectives are met and investment decisions align with the company's long-term vision. You will also manage financial reporting and analysis to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.

• Develop and implement comprehensive corporate finance strategies for investment projects
• Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process to support investment decisions
• Oversee capital budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Conduct rigorous financial due diligence and risk assessment for investment opportunities
• Present investment proposals and financial reports to the board of directors and executive management
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing investments to ensure optimal returns

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Head of Corporate Finance or in a senior financial leadership role
• Strong expertise in investment analysis, financial modeling, and capital markets
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Solid understanding of corporate governance and regulatory compliance in the financial sector
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for interacting with senior stakeholders

• Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or CMA
• Experience in the real estate or retail industry is highly desirable
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing finance teams
• Fluency in both English and Thai is an advantage
