Human Resources Manager, HR Transformation & AI Enablement - Central Pattana

This role focuses on leading the strategic transformation of human resources functions through the integration of artificial intelligence and advanced digital tools. You will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive HR transformation roadmap that incorporates AI capabilities. • Lead the strategic planning and execution of HR transformation initiatives focused on AI integration
• Design and implement digital tools to automate and optimize HR workflows and employee services
• Develop and manage HR analytics dashboards to provide actionable insights for leadership
• Collaborate with IT and business units to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvement
• Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of HR technology platforms
• Drive change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new technologies across the organization
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of transformation projects on HR efficiency and employee engagement

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in HR management, with at least 5 years in HR transformation or digital HR
• Proven track record of leading large-scale HR projects and implementing technology solutions
• Strong understanding of AI applications in HR, including recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement
• Expertise in HRIS, payroll systems, and workforce management tools
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Experience with specific AI platforms or HR tech vendors
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards
• Certification in HR Analytics or Digital HR
• Experience in a large retail or conglomerate environment
• Strong presentation and communication skills for executive-level reporting
