Internship 2026, Human Resources - Content Creator, Employer Branding & HR Admin Support - Bosch Thailand

This internship role focuses on managing content for TikTok and Instagram accounts, including planning, shooting, voiceover, editing, and captioning. The position also involves organizing employer branding and personnel marketing events, coordinating with HR teams across Bangkok and Rayong, and supporting external stakeholders. Additionally, the intern will assist with HR administrative tasks, such as processing medical claims, and contribute to HR digitalization initiatives using Power Automate and Power BI.

Plan company contents for TikTok and Instagram accounts

Create short video and photo content, including voiceover, editing, and captions

Organize employer branding and personnel marketing events

Coordinate with HR teams at Bangkok and Rayong locations

Collaborate with external vendors and universities

Support HR administrative tasks, such as processing medical claim documents

Contribute to HR digitalization initiatives (Power Automate and Power BI)

Assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field

Excellent communication skills in Thai and English

Up-to-date with social media trends and creative content creation

Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks

Strong coordination and time-management skills

Video and photo editing skills using CapCut and Canva

Available for a minimum 4-month internship period
