Senior Business Analyst - True Corporation

This role focuses on bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will analyze complex business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications and technical designs. The position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will also play a key role in system integration testing, defect analysis, and driving continuous improvement within the development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will leverage AI tools to enhance analysis and documentation efficiency while maintaining strict adherence to security and privacy standards. You will provide hands-on technical guidance during testing and post-launch phases, ensuring that all integration specifications are accurate and that engineering delivery aligns with architectural intent. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong commitment to delivering value through efficient and secure system implementations.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, user stories, and system requirements.
• Design system solutions, process flows, and API specifications to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Developers, QA, and DevOps to ensure solution feasibility.
• Support system integration testing (SIT/UAT) and coordinate the resolution of production issues.
• Utilize AI tools to improve requirement analysis, documentation quality, and delivery efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement through knowledge sharing and process optimization.

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Analyst, Solution Analyst, Business Analyst, or Technical Analyst.
• Proven experience gathering and translating business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum project environments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, system architecture, and API integration concepts.
• Experience with system integration, SIT/UAT, and root cause analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to apply AI-first methodologies and context engineering techniques.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Jira, Confluence, Postman, and Swagger/OpenAPI.

• Experience in Telecommunications, Banking, Financial Services, or Digital Platforms.
• Strong knowledge of security-by-design principles and PDPA regulations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to enforce security standards and mitigate risks in API specifications.
