Operations Manager - Shopee

This role focuses on acquiring and onboarding new Order Management System (OMS) partners to expand the business network. You will build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners at all levels to ensure mutual success. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams across operations, commercial, and marketing to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.

You will be responsible for preparing monthly performance reports, presentations, and pitch decks to engage partners and secure business opportunities. Additionally, you will monitor key performance metrics such as Average Deal Orders (ADO) to ensure partners meet their targets. The role demands a proactive approach to negotiation and problem-solving to drive partnership growth.

• Source and onboard new OMS partners to expand the business network
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with OMS partners at all levels
• Collaborate with internal teams including operations, commercial, and marketing to ensure smooth project execution
• Prepare monthly performance reports, presentations, and pitch decks to engage and secure OMS partners
• Monitor Average Deal Orders (ADO) for each seller to ensure performance goals are met

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in the logistics industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for external relationship management
• Ability to create clear, persuasive presentations and proposals using PowerPoint or Keynote
• Proactive self-starter with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
• Data analysis skills to evaluate partnership performance
• Project management experience across cross-functional teams

• Experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations
• Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools
• Fluency in additional languages
