[Summer Internship 2027] Legal Operations Intern (Bangkok Based)

Agoda is hiring a Legal Operations Intern for its Summer 2027 internship program in Bangkok, Thailand, running from 24 May to 30 July 2027 (10 weeks). The intern will support the Procurement/Strategic Sourcing team for Marketing by sourcing and evaluating suppliers, assisting with Requests for Proposals across multiple countries, developing negotiation strategies using market research and Game Theory, and managing contracts in collaboration with the Legal and Compliance team.

Candidates must be currently enrolled as a 3rd-year student or below and maintain student status throughout the internship. Required qualifications include strong English communication skills, structured logical thinking, problem-solving ability, strong numerical acumen, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Consulting background is preferred. The role requires current work authorization in Thailand, as visa sponsorship is not provided.

Source and evaluate best-in-class suppliers in Agoda's growth markets by working with sister brands and external databases, assisting Requests for Proposals involving multiple vendors from different countries

Develop and implement multi-faceted negotiation strategies by conducting market research, using Game Theory, and working with Brand Marketing and Finance teams (Finance Business Planning, Accounting, Risk and Compliance)

Manage contracts by working with the Legal and Compliance team

Collaborate closely with Agoda Marketing while adopting a Finance perspective to ensure creative excellence and measurable ROI

Communicate directly with Directors and C-Level executives of third-party vendors across multiple countries

Currently enrolled as a 3rd-year student or below and will maintain student status throughout the internship period

Available to participate in the 10-week internship program from 24 May to 30 July 2027

Great English communication skills in both spoken and written forms

Structured logical thinking and problem-solving skills with strong numerical acumen; consulting background preferred
