IT Stock Management

The IT Stock Management role at Kiatnakin Phatra Bank Public Company Limited is responsible for managing IT assets and the IT equipment warehouse throughout the full asset lifecycle, including procurement, receiving, storage, issuance, transfer, stock counts, maintenance, and disposal. The position also maintains asset and stock data accuracy, produces dashboards and KPI reports, and supports audit and governance requirements.

Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, business administration, or a related field, with 2-5 years of experience in IT asset management, IT inventory management, or IT support. Required skills include IT asset lifecycle knowledge, advanced Microsoft Excel, familiarity with ITSM or asset management tools such as ServiceNow, Freshservice, ManageEngine, or Ivanti, and strong attention to detail, analytical, and coordination abilities.

Manage and control the IT equipment warehouse including laptops, desktops, monitors, keyboards, mice, headsets, and peripherals.

Receive, store, and issue equipment following defined processes and conduct monthly and annual stock counts.

Maintain accurate IT asset registers and reconcile asset data with the asset management system.

Coordinate equipment handover and return for new hires, transfers, and resignations, including EOL device management.

Produce dashboards, inventory reports, and KPIs on asset and stock accuracy, and support audit and governance reviews.

Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, business administration, or a related field.

2-5 years of experience in IT asset management, IT inventory management, or IT support.

Experience managing asset databases or CMDB is an advantage.

Knowledge of IT asset lifecycle management and hardware lifecycle for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query) and familiar with asset management or ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Freshservice, ManageEngine, or Ivanti.
