Technician (Sathorn Square)

The Technician (Sathorn Square) role is based on site in Bangkok and supports building systems and equipment at Sathorn Square. The work includes operating, inspecting, repairing and maintaining in-building equipment according to the work plan, while recording inspections and maintenance assigned by the building engineer or technician supervisor.

The technician also maintains the cleanliness and safe working condition of equipment rooms, responds to tenants’ repair requests, and supervises contractors’ work in the building. Additional duties include recording electricity and water consumption, monitoring chilled-water and air-conditioning temperatures, coordinating with building staff, preparing electrical and telephone systems for events, preparing for emergencies, and separating domestic and international telephone invoices.

• Operate systems and equipment installed within the building

• Inspect, repair and maintain building equipment according to the work plan

• Record inspections and maintenance assigned by the building engineer or technician supervisor

• Maintain equipment-room cleanliness and safe working conditions

• Respond to tenant repair requests, supervise contractors and record utility consumption
