Trade Marketing Manager

This full-time role serves as a partner expert, providing advanced information about HP offerings, promotions, and configuration. The manager tailors product and service solutions, identifies potential strategic partners, supports partner integration into the sales ecosystem, and helps achieve assigned quotas.

The role works with sales professionals and cross-functional teams to improve partner sales processes and strategies, prepares research, proposals, quotes, and contracts, and provides administrative support. It typically requires a four-year or graduate degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or a related discipline, or commensurate experience, plus 4-7 years in enterprise selling, channel and alliance work, or a related field; an advanced degree may be paired with 3-5 years of experience.

• Serve as a partner expert on advanced information about the organization’s offerings, promotions, and configuration.
• Collaborate with partners to tailor product and service solutions to customer requirements.
• Identify new partners aligned with strategic objectives and foster their integration into the sales ecosystem.
• Work with sales professionals to achieve assigned quotas and improve partner sales processes and strategies.
• Conduct initial partner research and prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts while providing administrative and operational support.

• Four-year or graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in enterprise selling, channel & alliance, or a related field.
• An advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience is also presented as an alternative qualification.
