Project Director - Data Centres

JLL is seeking an experienced Project Director and Site Lead to manage project delivery for a data centre program in Chon Buri, Thailand. The role leads on-site project management teams, oversees scheduling, procurement, execution, delivery, close-out, capital budgets, safety, quality, client relationships, reporting, and team performance.

The successful candidate will have at least 15 years of relevant technical experience, with a postgraduate degree in engineering, construction, or project/construction management preferred. Experience managing multiple vendors, stakeholders, priorities, and project milestones is required, along with fluent spoken and written English and Thai. The candidate must also be organized, detail-oriented, and able to analyze, solve problems, multitask, and meet deadlines under pressure.

Lead the on-site project management team and deliver data centre projects in compliance with client standards.

Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to complete projects on time, within budget, and to quality and safety requirements.

Manage program scheduling, procurement strategy, execution, delivery, close-out, and the capital budget.

Uphold health and safety standards, implement risk-mitigation procedures, and maintain a safe working environment.

Serve as the main client contact and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management and clients.

At least 15 years of relevant technical experience in data centre site execution, project delivery, or a related field.

Experience managing construction vendors, multiple stakeholders, priorities, and milestones.

Fluent spoken and written English and Thai.

A postgraduate degree in engineering, construction, or project/construction management is preferred.

Strong organization, analysis, problem-solving, multitasking, prioritization, and communication skills.
