Planning & Control Tower - Samut Prakan

Shopee is hiring a Planning & Control Tower role within its Operations team in Bangkok, based in Samut Prakan. The position involves planning and overseeing projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery, while planning manpower, pallets, equipment, and warehouse consumables. The role monitors operational KPIs such as volume accuracy and fulfillment rate, develops engagement plans with the Subcontractor Management team, and coordinates cross-functionally with Operations, Subcontractor Management, and FP&A teams from planning through billing.

The role is based in Samut Prakan with frequent travel to Ayutthaya. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, strong problem-solving and numerical skills, and good communication and negotiation abilities. A background in e-commerce operations is considered a plus.

Plan and oversee projects within the organization, ensuring on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery

Plan manpower, pallets, equipment, and warehouse consumable products

Monitor volume accuracy (%), fulfillment rate (%), and other related KPIs

Develop and execute engagement plans with the Subcontractor Management team

Coordinate cross-functionally with Operations, Subcontractor Management, and FP&A teams from planning through billing

Able to be based at Samut Prakan and frequently travel to Ayutthaya

Bachelor's Degree in any field

Proficient in Excel or Google Sheet

Strong problem-solving and numerical thinking skills

Great communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
