Project Management Office (PMO), MakroPRO

The PMO drives strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects across MakroPRO, supporting business growth, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities include coordinating multiple projects, analyzing business performance, and preparing high-quality presentations and recommendations for senior management and stakeholders.

The role requires a proactive, commercially minded, and analytically strong candidate who can quickly understand complex business processes across different functions and markets, including online sales, marketplace operations, and digital commercial performance.

Lead and coordinate multiple strategic projects across MakroPRO and other projects covering different business functions

Proactively identify project risks, business gaps, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement

Track project progress and ensure timely execution through effective follow-up with cross-functional stakeholders

Develop high-quality, data-driven presentations for management, from data gathering and analysis through executive storytelling

Consolidate information from multiple projects and business functions into clear management-level reports and dashboards

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Business Analytics, Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field

5-10 years of proven experience in PMO, project management, business analysis, strategy, commercial planning, or a related role

Fluent written and spoken Thai and English are mandatory

Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights
