The role leads financial business partnering for Lazada’s logistics operations in Thailand, including fulfillment centers and delivery networks operated by in-house and third-party providers. It covers unit economics, profitability management, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, investment analysis, commercial pricing, and coordination with controllership and accounting teams.

The successful candidate will work closely with operations, regional finance, and senior management. The posting requires at least five years of relevant experience, including two years in business partnering, and emphasizes financial analysis, operational productivity, stakeholder management, advanced Excel, and fluency in English and Thai.

• Lead financial business partnering for logistics operations in Thailand.
• Analyze unit economics, including cost per order and labor efficiency.
• Manage profitability and identify cost-saving opportunities across logistics segments.
• Drive monthly budgeting and forecasting with operational stakeholders and regional finance.
• Prepare financial reports, conduct performance reviews, and support investment and pricing decisions.

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field such as Business or Logistics Management.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in business partnering.
• Strong business acumen and analytical capability.
• Advanced Excel skills are required.
• Fluency in English and Thai, both spoken and written.

Candidate is to be based in the Bangkok Emporium Tower office, with around 2 visits per week to the logistics office or when needed.
