Services Renewal Specialist, Thailand

Philips is hiring a Services Renewal Specialist based in Bangkok, Thailand, on a full-time basis. The role focuses on driving modality services renewal and retention performance in Thailand, including managing channel partner targets, supporting contract penetration across multi-modality bundles, and engaging large direct customers with value propositions. The specialist will maintain SFDC funnel and forecast accuracy, run campaigns with multi-modality managers, and collaborate across sales and customer delivery teams to improve win rates and on-time renewals. The position is field-based, working primarily at customer or supplier locations rather than at Philips offices.

Drive Services Channel Partner performance management by setting annual targets and ensuring partner enablement

Support Service Account Managers to drive contract penetration of multi-modality bundles into renewals

Penetrate large direct customers with creative value propositions

Drive SFDC funnel accuracy and ensure forecast accuracy

Prepare specific campaigns and marketing events in collaboration with multi-modality managers
