Solution and Key Account Manager (Health Technology)

The position requires 10+ years of healthcare industry experience with at least 5 years in senior management, strong strategic planning skills, and a comprehensive understanding of the Thailand healthcare market. The role also mentors junior professionals and ensures compliance with Philips' quality and integrity standards.

Formulates future strategic directions, analyses trends, and develops growth strategies.

Evaluates key account relevance and identifies new opportunities to maximize account potential.

Executes customized strategic account plans aligned with each key account's objectives.

Acts as main point of contact between key accounts and internal teams, coordinating tailored solutions.

Provides guidance, mentorship, and support to junior professionals and oversees key account budgets.

10+ years of experience in the healthcare industry.

Minimum of 5 years in senior management with proven strategic leadership skills.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities with a track record of influencing senior-level stakeholders.

Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, market analysis, and delivering impactful results.
