The position involves managing vendor payments, reconciling statements, and handling employee expense claims within the travel system. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monthly close procedures for Accounts Payable, ensuring compliance with withholding tax regulations and preparing monthly GST reports for submission. The ideal candidate will handle all payment-related matters, including preparing vendor payments, processing post-payments, and managing petty cash reimbursements. You will ensure outstanding invoices are processed promptly and act as the primary liaison with vendors and banks to resolve payment issues. Additionally, you will maintain strict adherence to compliance standards regarding withholding tax and contribute to the monthly financial close process.
