This role focuses on managing customer relationships with Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) design consultants to identify and secure sales opportunities for new projects. You will provide technical consultation regarding system engineering principles and relevant materials to clients. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams, including Product Development, Marketing, and Partner Organizations, to ensure a smooth new product launch process. Additionally, you will work with engineering, sales, and project teams to guarantee smooth product delivery and provide technical troubleshooting support after installation.
