Senior Sales Engineer - HVAC (Rotational Development Program)

Johnson Controls is hiring a Senior Sales Engineer for its HVAC business in Bangkok, Thailand, on a full-time basis. The role focuses on achieving sales targets and profit margins by acquiring new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, preparing quotations, managing collections, and providing market intelligence on competitors and HVAC trends.

Candidates need a minimum degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering and at least 5 years of HVAC sales experience, ideally involving chillers, pumps, cooling towers, contractors, or medical devices. Experience selling to contractors, consultants, or owners, plus knowledge of Building HVAC, Fire Protection, Controls, and basic SAP, are desirable.

Achieve Key Result Areas (KRA) as established

Generate and submit accurate quotations, along with regular sales forecasts and collection reports

Collaborate with customers on secured projects to implement the supply scope and manage invoicing

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication, visits, and presentations

Gather field intelligence on competitors' activities and market trends in the HVAC sector

Minimum degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering or equivalent

At least 5 years of experience in HVAC sales (chillers), pumps, cooling towers, contractors, or medical devices

Demonstrated experience in sales to contractors, consultants, or company owners, and handling projects

Knowledge of Building HVAC, Fire Protection, and Controls is desirable

Experience in the construction industry is preferred
