Critical Facility Technician

The Critical Facility Technician monitors alarms and operates electrical and mechanical infrastructure to support safe, reliable, and uninterrupted operations, including during off-peak hours. The role includes coordinating or escorting vendors, carrying out or overseeing preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance, performing inspections and system checks, and escalating faults or operational risks.

The technician also supports incident response, troubleshooting, equipment recovery, and restoration of normal operations. Work must comply with safety, operational, and permit-to-work requirements, with accurate documentation, reporting, and adherence to approved procedures and maintenance schedules.

• Monitor alarms and operate critical electrical and mechanical facility systems during off-peak hours
• Perform or escort vendors during preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance
• Conduct routine inspections, testing, and system checks
• Identify and escalate abnormalities, faults, and operational risks
• Support troubleshooting, equipment recovery, restoration of normal operations, and compliance with safety procedures

• Compliance with safety, operational, and permit-to-work requirements
• Accurate documentation, reporting, and adherence to approved procedures
• Ability to support incident response and troubleshooting activities
