Critical Facility Technician

Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a Critical Facility Technician for a client site in Bangkok, Thailand. The role involves monitoring alarms during off-peak hours and operating critical facility infrastructure, including electrical and mechanical systems, to ensure safe and uninterrupted operations.

Responsibilities include performing or escorting vendors through preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance, conducting routine inspections and system checks, supporting incident response and troubleshooting, and maintaining compliance with safety, operational, and permit-to-work requirements with accurate documentation.

Monitor alarms before/after business hours and operate critical facility infrastructure, including electrical and mechanical systems

Perform or escort vendors in preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on critical equipment per approved procedures

Conduct routine inspections, testing, and system checks, identifying and escalating abnormalities or operational risks

Support incident response and troubleshooting, assisting in fault diagnosis, equipment recovery, and restoration of operations

Maintain compliance with safety, operational, and permit-to-work requirements, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting
