Project Lead (Data Centre)

Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a Project Lead (Data Centre) based at a client site in Bangkok, Thailand, on a full-time basis. The role leads end-to-end delivery of large-scale hyperscale and greenfield data center developments, overseeing multidisciplinary teams across site selection, design, construction, commissioning, and handover while managing budgets, schedules, risk, safety, quality, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, with 15+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or data center projects, including at least 5 years in a leadership role, and a proven track record delivering mission critical facilities.

Lead full lifecycle delivery of hyperscale and greenfield data center projects from site selection and design through construction, commissioning, and handover

Oversee multidisciplinary teams including internal staff, consultants, contractors, and vendors to meet project milestones on time, within budget, and to specification

Champion safety, quality, and sustainability standards across all phases of development

Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation plans

Ensure compliance with local regulations, permitting requirements, and environmental standards, including project closure financial review and lessons learned

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

15+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or data center projects

At least 5 years in a leadership role

Proven track record of successful mission critical facility project delivery
