Procurement

This role sits within the Operations function at Kiatnakin Phatra Bank Public Company Limited in Bangkok. The position is responsible for managing and optimizing IT procurement and contract management activities, including sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and stakeholder coordination to ensure cost-effective and high-quality procurement solutions.

The candidate will handle procurement of IT hardware, software, services, and outsourcing, lead supplier negotiations, monitor budgets, and coordinate contract execution with business units, suppliers, and legal teams. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields, at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong negotiation and supplier management skills, good English command, and familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot.

Manage and optimize procurement of IT products and services, including hardware, software, IT services, outsourcing, and related categories

Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to support business objectives

Lead supplier negotiations and contract discussions to secure favorable commercial terms

Manage and review supplier contracts for commercial accuracy and compliance

Coordinate with business units, suppliers, and legal teams to ensure effective contract execution and service delivery

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields

Minimum 5 years' experience in procurement, contract management, or related roles

Strong commercial acumen and supplier management skills

Excellent negotiation, contract management, and communication skills

Good command of English
