Loan System & Remarketing Process

The role analyzes and improves business processes related to automotive loan operations and the post-repossession remarketing process at Kiatnakin Phatra Bank Public Company Limited. Responsibilities include process assessment and redesign, KPI monitoring, change management, project planning, risk management, reporting, business-data analysis, business requirements documentation, and coordination with technology and development teams.

Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, accounting, business administration, or a related field. The posting requires experience in process improvement, project management, and business analysis, along with project-management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and Asana, and data-analysis tools such as Excel or Power BI. Leadership, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills are also required.

• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and raise work quality

• Design new processes using Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen, and monitor KPIs

• Manage process changes and plan, control, and resource projects against schedules and budgets

• Identify and mitigate project risks, and report results to internal and external stakeholders

• Gather and analyze business data, prepare Business Requirement documents, and coordinate with technology and development teams

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, accounting, business administration, or a related field

• Experience in process improvement, project management, and business analysis

• Ability to use Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana for project management

• Ability to use Excel or Power BI for performance evaluation and process improvement

• Leadership, problem-solving, communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
