Affluent Client Acquisition

The role sits within UOB (Thai) Public Company Limited and is responsible for identifying, acquiring, and deepening relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients to expand the bank's affluent client base and grow its wealth management portfolio.

Key duties include developing strategic acquisition plans, cultivating new relationships through referrals and networking, conducting financial needs analysis, collaborating with product specialists, monitoring market and competitor trends, ensuring regulatory compliance, and reporting on acquisition pipeline and revenue generation.

Develop and execute strategic acquisition plans to attract affluent clients

Proactively identify and cultivate new client relationships through referrals, networking events, and targeted outreach

Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis and offer tailored wealth management solutions

Collaborate with product specialists and internal stakeholders to deliver holistic financial advice

Report regularly on acquisition pipeline, client onboarding progress, and revenue generation

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; MBA, CFP, or CWM desirable

Minimum 5-7 years in wealth management, private banking, or similar client-facing role for affluent/HNW clients

Proven track record of acquiring and managing significant client portfolios

Excellent understanding of investment products, financial planning, insurance, and wealth management solutions

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in both Thai and English
