Channels Process Management Manager

Channels Process Management Manager at UOB (Thai) Public Company Limited, based in Bangkok. Review, update, and maintain branch operating procedures to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with bank policies

Support branches by providing process guidance and clarification on daily operational matters

Identify gaps, risks, or inefficiencies in branch processes and recommend practical improvements

Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Operations, Product, Risk, Compliance and IT to align branch processes with policy and system changes

Help ensure strong internal controls and operational risk awareness in branch processes

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or related fields

Experience in branch operations, process management, or operational support functions

Experience in reviewing or maintaining procedures is an advantage

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Clear communication and coordination skills with multiple stakeholders
