Consumer Finance Operations

The Consumer Finance Operations role at Kiatnakin Phatra Bank Public Company Limited is based in Bangkok and sits within the Contact Center / Telesales / Collection function. The position handles financial transactions for retail credit customers, including loan disbursements, repayments, fee management, and document issuance and delivery for hire-purchase and retail credit business.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, finance, economics, accounting, or a related field, with at least three years of relevant experience. Required skills include communication, negotiation, problem-solving, basic computer proficiency, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and good interpersonal skills.

Process financial transactions for retail credit customers, including loan disbursements, repayments, fee management, and transaction adjustments.

Issue and deliver bank documents related to hire-purchase and retail credit business to customers via electronic channels and postal mail, and follow up on delivery issues.

Monitor and resolve operational problems, and report to supervisors.

Improve service quality and efficiency by considering new innovations or appropriate technology for operations, and ensure sound risk management and service continuity.

Perform other tasks as assigned.

Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.

At least 3 years of relevant work experience.

Communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Basic computer and application software skills.

Attention to detail, good judgment, ability to work under pressure, and good interpersonal skills.
