Head, Payment and Insurance - Thailand

The Head, Payment and Insurance for Grab Thailand leads the strategic expansion and commercial success of financial services. The role involves driving financial outcomes, managing external stakeholder relationships with banks and regulators, and executing business development strategies. Key duties include leading cross-functional efforts to innovate, capture revenue streams, and partner with regional product squads to launch impactful features. The position requires deep knowledge of the Thai financial regulatory landscape and consumer market.

Deliver core financial targets and OKRs across Payments and Insurance portfolios

Manage strategic relationships with external partners, including banks, payment gateways, and regulatory bodies

Identify new business opportunities and generate revenue-driving ideas

Lead end-to-end commercial deal execution, including structuring and negotiation

Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, Legal, and Operations

Partner with regional product and engineering squads to prioritize and execute new product launches

Devise and execute high-impact Go-to-Market strategies

At least 5 years of extensive leadership experience in fintech, digital payments, or insurance

Proven track record of executing complex commercial deals and driving measurable P&L growth

Experience engaging directly with financial regulators and managing banking partnerships

Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills in a matrixed, fast-paced tech environment

Deep understanding of the Thai financial regulatory landscape and consumer market
